Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2020
From the family olive grove comes an oil of great value, fragrant and fruity but not excessive in its acid note.
Two varieties are grown:
the Biancolilla and the Nocellara del Belìce.TASTING NOTES
Color | clear, intense golden yellow furrowed by vivid green reflections. Smell | the nose opens with complex and persistent notes of Mediterranean scrub,
of tomato, freshly cut grass, well harmonized and elegant.
Palate | soft, fine, enveloping, characterized by pleasant vegetal tones of wild thistle, rosemary, almond and sage. Bitter and spicy, balanced and well dosed, are present and adequately complete the happy overall picture.
